What can you expect from us?

After receiving your complaint, we will send you a confirmation.

We usually respond within 48 hours.
You will receive a substantive response within a maximum of 14 days.

If more time is required, we will of course inform you.

Not satisfied with the solution?

We always aim to resolve complaints to your satisfaction.

If we cannot reach a solution together, you can submit your complaint to the
Stichting Webshop Keurmerk, of which Kado in Huis is a member.

They offer mediation between you and us.

Dispute?

If mediation does not lead to a satisfactory solution, you may submit your dispute to the Disputes Committee (SGC).
