Spek Amsterdam Chips DIY Grappa
With this DIY Snippers Grappa from Spek Amsterdam, you will have made your own Grappa within a few weeks. A really nice gift if you don't want to give another bottle of wine. The wood chips in the bottle are chips from used liquer barrels. The shavings add flavour to the Grappa when the drink is ready.
Add your own clear liqueur such as Vodka or Dry Gin. Make sure the drink contains at least 30% alcohol. Leave the bottle in a cool dark place for 8 weeks. And shake regularly. Filter the Grappa through a fine sieve and your liqueur is ready.
