Collection: Birdybox

The Relaxound Birdybox is a rechargeable birdsong house. Movement triggers around 20 seconds of birdsong, at home or in the office.

Is the Birdybox rechargeable?

Yes, the Birdybox has a rechargeable battery. There is no need to replace separate batteries. This makes it a rechargeable alternative to a model powered by replaceable batteries.

How do you charge the Birdybox?

You charge the Birdybox using a USB-C cable. Follow the instructions for your version. Once charged, you can use it without a connected charging cable. Check the product page to see which items are included.

How does the Birdybox birdsong box work?

The built-in sensor activates the sound as you walk past. Around 20 seconds of birdsong then plays. The sound stops automatically afterwards. The Birdybox does not play continuously.

What is the difference between Birdybox and Zwitscherbox?

The Birdybox is rechargeable and plays for around 20 seconds. The classic Zwitscherbox runs on three AA batteries. It plays for around 120 seconds without another trigger.

Choose the Birdybox if you prefer a short burst of birdsong and a rechargeable battery. Would you rather have longer birdsong and replaceable batteries? Explore the classic Relaxound Zwitscherbox.

Where can you place a Birdybox?

Choose a spot you regularly walk past. For example, in a bathroom, hallway or office. It can also have a place in the living room. Consider the sensor when choosing where to put it.

Compare the versions above by colour and material. Check the product page for dimensions and availability. This helps you choose a model that suits the room.

What does the birdsong sound like?

Listen to the 20-second sound sample below. It is the same birdsong as the Zwitscherbox, but shorter. This gives you an impression of the sound before choosing.

Who might enjoy a Birdybox as a gift?

A Birdybox suits someone who appreciates birdsong indoors. Consider it for a housewarming, birthday or thank-you gift. Match the finish to the recipient's interior style. A short sound does not suit every preference. Listen to the sample above before deciding.
