Shipping & Returns

Delivery:

Our packages are delivered by parcel service.
(only for The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany)

Ordered Monday / Friday for 16:30 hours will be delivered the next day
Saturday delivery only in the Netherlands.
Orders after Friday 16:30 hours and on weekends, will be delivered Tuesday.

You will receive an additional email when the package is sent.
You can specify when you want to receive the package. 
Even with time blocks.

PostNL delivers to the following times:

Monday: daytime,Tuesday/Friday 9.00 am till 21.30 pm

You can also have your package delivered to a different address.
You can then enter the desired address in your order.

Returns:

Please check the goods immediately upon receipt for damage.
Should there be any damage to the items you ordered, please inform us within 2 months to contact Present at Home contact.
For products purchased at Kado in Huis (both online and in our store) that trade is permitted within fourteen (14) days after delivery of the product applies.
Exchange is only possible with the original receipt.

For purchases made through the webshop, you can revoke your purchase without giving reasons within fourteen (14) days after delivery of the product. After cancellation, you still have 14 days to return the item.
If you return items, Kado in Huis will refund the amount plus the shipping costs incurred within 10 days after receipt of the returned items.
You will therefore receive the purchase amount plus the shipping costs back.
(if the entire order is returned.)
Only the costs of return shipment are for your account.

The following applies to return shipment:

- We appreciate it if the product is complete and undamaged if possible
- It would be very nice if the product is returned in its original packaging.
- Make sure that the product cannot be damaged during transport
- Please send your invoice or a copy of it with the package
